4kw frequency drive inverter, single phase 110v-120v input, 1ph/3ph 220v-240v output, which drives AC motor via 120v power supply. RS485 communication interface, input frequency 50Hz/60Hz. With V/F control mode, the 5hp variable frequency inverter's start torque is 150% of the rating torque at 1 Hz. The variable frequency drive inverter with high-frequency precision, digital setting: max frequency x± 0.01%; analog setting: max frequency x± 0.2%.

What are the control mode of frequency inverters?

  1. V/f control (voltage/frequency control)
    V/f control is one of the most basic variable frequency inverter control methods. The basic principle is to keep the magnetic flux of the motor constant and control the motor speed by adjusting the proportional relationship between the output voltage and frequency (V/f ratio). In the low-frequency band, to compensate for the stator resistance voltage barrier, the voltage is often increased. This method is simple and reliable and is suitable for speed regulation occasions with low requirements for dynamic performance, such as fans, water pumps, and other loads.
  2. Vector control
    Vector control. Also known as field-oriented control (FOC). It is based on the dynamic mathematical model of the motor. This method can achieve independent control of the motor flux and torque, thereby greatly improving the dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy of the speed regulation system.
